Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty when needed.
• Lead talent acquisition and development for store staff.
• Build strong partnerships with Clinical services and labs.
• Analyze reports to ensure goals are met and processes run smoothly.
• Ensure timely delivery of customer orders and maintain brand standards in the lab area.
