Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness and ability to obtain ABO certification within 15 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Stock and present optical merchandise and process transactions.
• Assist members with eyewear fitting, repairs, and lens orders.
• Educate members on eyewear usage, care, and contact lens handling.
• Perform pre-testing and coordinate with labs/optometrists pending orders.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and record-keeping for insurance claims.
• Ensure proper calibration and cleanliness of optical equipment.
