Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent to sit for ABO exam.
• Must obtain ABO certification within 15 months of hire.
• Eligible to register as apprentice/licensed optician per state law; licensure within 18 months for full-time.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise and maintain presentation in Optical area.
• Assist members with eyewear purchases, measurements, and fittings.
• Process eyewear and contact lens orders; verify prescription information.
• Perform frame adjustments and repairs; inspect eyewear before dispensing.
• Handle payments, returns, and refunds per policies; operate POS system.
