Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent upon job entry.
• ABO certification must be obtained within 15 months of hire.
• State licensure requirements must be met where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Stock and present merchandise, set up displays, and manage pricing.
• Process member purchases at the POS and handle payments/refunds.
• Educate members on eyewear use, care, and lens options; assist with repairs.
• Measure pupillary distance and verify prescription details for frames.
• Assist in optical orders, inventory, and lab communications.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and assist with appointments.
