Job summary

EyeCare Partners LLC is seeking an Optician to deliver a world-class Total Patient Experience while supporting patients' medical needs. You will dispense and fit glasses and contacts from prescriptions written by ophthalmologists and optometrists.

From frame selection to measurements, you will use the auto-lensometer and lensometer, educate patients on lenses and coatings, and ensure accurate orders in E360. This full-time role offers benefits and a competitive base pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year in a customer-facing role.
• ABO/ABOC and NCLE certifications preferred.
• Strong communication and HIPAA compliance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient service while supporting medical needs.
• Assist with frame selection, measurements, and lens prescriptions.
• Operate auto-lensometer and lensometer.
• Educate on lenses, coatings, and frames to meet patient needs.
• Dispense glasses and contact lens orders; manage orders in E360.
• Maintain organized, clean, and stocked work area.
