National Vision is seeking an Optical Specialist to deliver a warm, confident, and personalized customer experience in Eyeglass World, guiding customers through eyewear selection, fitting, and education. You will support the in-store flow from pre-exam to pickup, ensuring quality and brand alignment at every step.

This role emphasizes finishing excellence, order accuracy, and a calm, knowledgeable presence to enhance every customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, confident, and personalized service at every stage of the visit.
• Guide customers through eyewear selection, final fitting, and product education.
• Ensure customers leave feeling confident in both their eyewear and their experience.
• Assist with patient flow and pre exam screenings to support Optometrists.
• Help ensure smooth transitions between exam, finish, and pickup moments.
• Perform finishing work including final adjustments, inspections and quality checks.
• Prepare orders for pickup and deliver polished, brand aligned handoff.
• Uphold brand standards in service and store presentation.
