Eyeglass World, part of National Vision, is seeking a part-time Sales Associate - Optical Specialist to join our in-store team. You will deliver warm, personalized service, guide customers through eyewear selection, and ensure smooth fitting and pickup experiences.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, finishing quality, and brand standards while supporting pre-exam flow and patient care. A High School diploma and 1+ year in optical or retail are typical requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
• Clear communication and the ability to educate customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, confident, and personalized service at every visit.
• Guide customers through eyewear selection, final fitting, and education.
• Ensure customers leave confident in their eyewear and experience.
• Assist with order entry, tracking, and timely completion.
• Prepare orders for pickup and ensure brand-aligned handoff.
• Maintain finish and quality checks on eyewear.
• Support pre-exam flow and smooth transitions between steps.
