Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales efforts, coach associates, and partner with the Brand Manager to execute action plans that boost performance. You will help recruit, train, and develop the team while maintaining a customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties as Manager on duty.
• Recruitment and staff development for store associates.
• Partner with Clinical services to align service delivery.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff goals are achieved.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR.
• Ensure lab production meets Now Service and Ready When Promised standards.
• Assist with customer repairs and lens edging to speed delivery.
• Maintain brand standards and report equipment or order issues.
• Track delivery times to customers and ensure on-time fulfillment.
