AEG Vision seeks a Practice Manager to lead daily operations, patient flow, and team performance at Bethany Vision Clinic. You will partner closely with the Optometrist, support exam flow, and drive service quality and patient experience in a high-paced clinic.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership in optical or healthcare settings, strong coaching skills, and the ability to analyze performance data to close gaps and improve outcomes.

Competenze

• 3+ years of leadership experience in optical, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or comparable service environment.

Mansioni

• Lead daily practice operations, patient flow, staffing, scheduling, and labor planning to ensure consistency.
• Serve as primary on-site floor leader, align team with patient needs and service priorities.
• Partner with Optometrist to support exam flow and evolving service offerings.
• Coach and develop staff, recognize performance, and uphold patient care standards.
• Monitor patient feedback and performance data to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Support new hire development, training, and adoption of practice technology.
