Elite Vision Care PLLC in League City, Texas seeks a motivated Optical Shop Manager to lead our growing eyecare team and drive exceptional patient experiences.

The role emphasizes managing the Optical Sales Team, coaching staff, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow. Experience in eyewear and at least one year of supervisory work are preferred; Saturdays are required with a 26-Saturday per year schedule. Benefits include PTO, health coverage, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of eyewear fitting, selecting, and selling experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience leading a team of 4+.
• Strong patient care focus and empathy.
• Willing to work Saturdays (26 Saturdays per year).

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and hold accountable the Optical Sales Team.
• Model Elite Vision Care values and drive optical production.
• Facilitate daily huddles, trainings and department meetings.
• Handle patient escalation issues within scope and assist in inventory management.
