Now Optics is seeking a Doctor Technician to deliver outstanding patient service and ensure a smooth flow between clinical services and the retail team. You will provide exceptional customer experiences and support the PEG framework.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive demeanor.
• Proactive problem solving to address patient concerns.
• Results-driven with ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and identify needs to ensure a smooth, memorable in-store experience.
• Answer inquiries and gather necessary information for a positive visit.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient complaint resolution and update on pending orders.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic housekeeping as needed.
• Keep patient records confidential and HIPAA compliant.
• Other duties as assigned.
