Job summary

Walman Optical, a division of EssilorLuxottica, seeks an Associate Technician in Minnesota to set up, operate, and maintain equipment in the lab production area. You will interpret Rx work tickets, perform production tasks, and help ensure quality eyewear manufacturing for partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and perform basic maintenance of equipment in the lab production area.
• Interpret Rx work tickets and perform production operations.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and advise supervisor on remedies.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and follow safety rules.
• Provide training and guidance to less experienced employees.
• Attend in-house training as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
