America’s Best, part of National Vision, is hiring a General Manager to lead a busy optical store in the United States. You will drive sales, manage staff, and ensure exceptional patient experiences every day.

Responsibilities include overseeing operations, coaching teams, monitoring performance, and partnering with clinicians to maintain top care. The role demands strong leadership and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of retail experience, preferably in optical or healthcare retail.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build strong associate relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations: staffing, inventory, planning, and policies.
• Lead, train, and develop associates through coaching and feedback.
• Monitor store performance and drive sales and service excellence.
• Partner with the Doctor to ensure top patient care.
• Conduct audits and ensure safety and compliance with standards.
• Report accurately to District Manager and maintain records.
