Now Optics in Texas seeks a Sales Manager to lead store sales, coach associates, and partner with Clinical teams to drive performance. You will train staff, assist in recruiting, and align with Brand Manager strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty to accomplish objectives.
• Assist store talent acquisition, recruitment partnerships, and ongoing development plans for staff.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure staff meet goals.
• Communicate effectively with Support Center and Human Resources.
• Ensure proper lab production to meet service promises and delivery timelines.
• Perform simple customer repairs, edge stock lenses, and ensure accurate orders.
