• Forecasts sales trends and aligns product assortments with member needs and local demographics.
• Monitors competitive pricing and adjusts strategies to strengthen market relevance and achieve financial targets.
• Oversees eyewear measurements, fittings, and contact lens education under applicable optometric supervision.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and maintains accurate documentation and safety protocols.
• Leads, coaches, and develops the optical team through hiring, training, and performance management.
