Job summary

Qualifications

• Option 1: Completion of 2 or more years of college.
• Option 2: 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• Option 3: 2 years' general work experience, including 1 year's optical experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads department sales growth through merchandising, pricing accuracy, inventory oversight, and seasonal execution.
• Oversees eyewear measurements, fittings, and contact lens education under optometric supervision.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
• Manages inventory, quality assurance, and equipment maintenance.
• Supports OD services, appointment workflows, and member payment collections.
