Job summary

Olympia Vision Clinic, part of TeamVision and EssilorLuxottica, seeks a full-time optical dispenser to deliver excellent eyewear experiences. You will measure, fit, and customize eyewear, while exploring patient needs and ensuring quality standards.

Responsibilities include precise dispensing, assisting peers with complex prescriptions, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Weekend/evening shifts may be required depending on location.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; ABO certification required.
• /* ABO must be kept current */
• Knowledge of basic optics and dispensing eyewear.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to use a tablet

Responsibilities

• Custom fits glasses and places prescriptions in lenses.
• Take measurements and ensure eyewear meets standards and patient needs.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand patient needs; assist with complex product questions.
• Utilize practice tools and adhere to policies; maintain organization and cleanliness.
• Meet KPIs and deliver exceptional patient experiences during dispense.
• Support weekends/evenings as needed; maintain attendance and timekeeping.
