Vision Associates, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks an Optical Associate to provide unmatched patient experiences through eyewear selection, measurements, and fitting. You will order and ensure patient needs are met, collaborating with doctors and staff daily.

You will handle POS transactions, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a clean, organized dispensary while delivering exceptional service and building long-term patient relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active state optical licensure; must maintain license.
• Strong customer service, communicator, listener, and team builder.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Custom fits glasses and places prescription in lenses.
• Takes and records measurements; adjusts eyewear accurately.
• Operates the point-of-sale system with attention to detail.
