Role requires strong customer service, ABO certification, and knowledge of optics; weekend/evening shifts may be required to support patient needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ABO certification must be current.
• Knowledge of optics and eyewear dispensing.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic math.
• Sales experience and comfort using a tablet.

Responsibilities

• Custom fits glasses and places prescription in lenses.
• Lead in optical knowledge and support peers.
• Take and record measurements and ensure eyewear meets standards.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand patient needs.
• Assist peers with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Meet KPIs and contribute to patient satisfaction.
