Qualifications

• Active state optical licensure; must maintain license.

Responsibilities

• Custom fits glasses and places prescription in lenses.
• Leads in optical acumen and supports peers.
• Take and record measurements; ensure eyewear meets standards.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand patient needs.
• Assist peers with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and equipment usage.
• Multi-task, manage time with competing priorities.
• Meet KPIs and facilitate referrals.
