Job summary

ASML US, LLC in Wilton, CT, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to fabricate advanced optical components for photolithography systems. You will machine, grind, polish, coat optics, assemble glass parts, and perform metrology to ensure tight tolerances and high quality.

You will work in a clean room environment, follow safety standards, and participate in continuous improvement with a strong emphasis on teamwork and documentation of processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing environment with measurement tools desirable.
• Participation in continuous improvement activities (quality circles, kaizen) beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor and own optical processing equipment.
• Handle delicate optical components and identify abnormalities.
• Maintain 5S standards in area, tooling, and equipment.
• Identify unsafe conditions and report promptly.
• Escalate and address quality concerns to meet schedule.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams for efficiency.
• Learn and apply skills to tackle progressively complex products.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in process safety and quality.
