Job summary

Stanton Optical, part of Now Optics, seeks a Clinical Services Manager to supervise store teams and meet clinical goals under Clinical Operations guidance. You may serve as Manager on Duty to support store operations, sales targets, and patient experience.

You will oversee training for Doctor Technicians, ensure HIPAA compliance, maintain patient records, and uphold brand standards while coaching team members on optical procedures and diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work fast-paced, team environment.
• Passion for exceptional customer/patient care and willingness to mentor and train others.
