Shopko Optical in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Store Supervisor to assist the General Manager with daily operations, dispense eyewear, and deliver exceptional patient care while leading the store team.

You will help with hiring, training, and performance management, ensuring policy compliance and timely scheduling. On-the-job training and certification opportunities are offered to grow within the role.

Qualifications

• ABO/Shopko OCE Certification is required.
• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Optician experience is preferred.
• Supervisory experience with strong customer service focus is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to execute merchandise, operational and customer service strategies to deliver planned sales, gross margin and financial results.
• Model service, patient care and selling techniques to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
• Assist with hiring, developing, training and managing teammate performance.
• Assist with store scheduling and ensure policy compliance at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team to share company initiatives and processes.
• Support General Manager with key-carrier tasks like opening/closing, payroll and alarms.
