Qualifications

• ABO/Shopko OCE Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to execute merchandise, operational and customer service strategies to deliver planned sales and financial results.
• Model service and patient care to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
• Dispense eyewear according to professional standards.
• Assist with hiring, training and managing teammate performance.
• Assist with store scheduling and ensure HR policy compliance.
• Communicate effectively with team about initiatives and processes.
• Lead the team in General Manager’s absence.
