Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead team to execute merchandise, operational and customer service strategies to deliver sales and financial results.

• Assist with hiring, training and coaching, and manage team performance.
• Assist with store scheduling and HR compliance.
• Oversee opening/closing tasks, cash handling and payroll processes.
• Support General Manager and drive store initiatives and growth.
