Shopko Optical seeks a store leadership associate to support the General Manager in daily operations, dispensing eyewear, patient care, and team performance. You will help hire, train, coach, and measure staff, stepping in for the GM when needed while ensuring excellent service and compliance.

The role emphasizes driving sales, managing schedules, and delivering financial results, with on-the-job training and opportunities for certification in optical care.

Qualifications

• ABO/Shopko OCE Certification required.
• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Optician experience desired.
• Supervisory experience with strong customer service focus.
• Able to analyze financial data and address opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to execute sales, merchandising and customer service strategies to deliver results.
• Model service and patient care to maximize satisfaction and business objectives.
• Assist with hiring, training and performance management of teammates.
• Ensure store compliance with HR policies and applicable laws.
