Shopko Optical in Wisconsin seeks a store leader to assist the General Manager in daily operations, dispensing eyewear, and driving financial performance. You’ll help hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff, stepping in during the General Manager’s absence.

Qualifications

• ABO/Shopko OCE Certification required or in place.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Optician experience desired.
• Supervisory experience with strong customer service focus.
• Able to analyze financial data and drive improvements.
• Solid organizational and planning skills.
• Able to multi-task and adapt in a retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Lead team to execute merchandising, operations and customer service strategies to meet sales and financial targets.
• Model service and patient care to maximize satisfaction and business results.
• Assist with hiring, training and performance management of store staff.
• Oversee store scheduling and compliance with policies and laws.
• Dispense eyewear according to professional standards and manage cash/alerts.
