Qualifications

• Require ABO/Shopko OCE Certification within 12 months of hire or promotion.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 3+ years of leadership experience or equivalent management with strong customer service focus.
• Ability to lead, coach and build relationships in a professional environment.
• Strong in analysis, planning and problem solving.
