Shopko Optical seeks an upbeat front desk/office assistant to support the Optical center team in Neenah, WI. You will greet patients, answer calls, book appointments, and help maintain patient files, while supporting billing processes and office operations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and basic computer skills, with the ability to handle multiple interactions and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Office experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard office software.
• Able to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

Responsibilities
