Job summary

Sam's Club in Green Bay, WI is seeking an Optical Associate to assist members with eyewear decisions, measure pupillary distance, adjust frames, and process orders. You will stock, price, and merchandise optical displays while maintaining compliance and handling claims and refunds as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with ABO/optician licensure preferred.
• Experience in retail or optical environment is advantageous.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Stock and organize eyewear displays and verify pricing.
• Assist members with eyewear purchases, measurements, and adjustments.
• Process optical orders and handle insurance claims where applicable.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and operate POS system
