Visionworks is seeking a charismatic Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager in East Northport, NY. You will lead the store in the absence of the General Manager, coach staff, and drive customer journey excellence to ensure a simple, human and bold patient experience.

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• 1–5 years of supervisory experience.

Aufgaben

• Promote profitability and hit sales targets by holding self and team accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Lead in patient journey, supervise associates in exam lane and on the sales floor.
• Coordinate doctor appointments and eyewear services to meet patient needs.
• Coach and motivate associates to deliver an excellent patient experience.
• Resolve obstacles in the patient experience in partnership with the GM.
• Execute all store operations to meet financial and customer experience goals.
