Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Model customer journey and supervise exam lane and sales floor.
• Coordinate doctor appointments and eyewear services to meet patient needs.
• Coach and motivate staff to deliver excellent patient experiences.
• Resolve obstacles in patient experience with management support.
• Execute operational activities to meet store goals.
