DICK’S Sporting Goods in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Team Captain of Off Field Operations to lead inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom execution, ensuring processes run smoothly and store performance stays fast, accurate, and athlete-ready.

You will build and coach a strong team, handle hiring and onboarding, set schedules, monitor progress, enforce safety and policy standards, and deliver outstanding athlete experiences every day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom execution to keep store fast and accurate.
• Coach teammates, manage scheduling, and support onboarding and performance reviews.
• Open/close procedures, Front End and Cash Office functions, and store oversight as needed.
• Develop plans (30–60–90 days) with Store leadership to meet priorities and budgets.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention and SOPs while ensuring compliance and accountability.
