Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a Team Captain of Off Field Operations to drive store performance by leading inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom execution. Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing product information and maintaining merchandising standards.
• Contribute to 30-60-90 day plans with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to support business priorities.
• Develop effective schedules and staffing plans to meet athlete traffic demands while achieving payroll goals.
• Build and lead a team through sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and coaching; manage performance and compliance.
• Uphold safety, loss prevention, and SOPs and ensure teammates meet expectations.
