• Lead store operations with the SM and ASM to plan and execute 30-60-90 day priorities within budgets.
• Manage scheduling and workload to meet athlete demand while achieving payroll and financial goals.
• Build and lead a strong team through hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and SOPs, ensuring accountability across teammates.
