Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing clear, accurate product information and merchandise presentation.
• Lead staffing plans, hire, onboard, and coach teammates to drive store performance.
• Develop schedules and assign workload to meet athlete traffic while controlling payroll.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and SOPs with accountability.
• Open/close procedures and front-end responsibilities as needed.
