Analyst, Ops Support provides analytics-driven support to drive continuous improvement across North America operations from our Richmond, VA area location. The role emphasizes reporting, tool quality control, and deployment of new software across regional offices, with a focus on collaboration and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Computer Science/Programming or analytical field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience; combination of education and experience considered.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
• U.S. work eligibility; no sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Report writing within SQL and Microsoft Access.
• Help ensure quality control on support tools through testing and collaboration with users.
• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions and data requirements.
• Implement third-party technology solutions to improve processes.
• Support deployment of new software to EFW regional offices and network locations.
