Job summary

Mansfield Energy Corp is seeking an Operations Support Data Analyst to ensure accurate processing of business transactions and vendor payments by managing freight data governance and supporting related teams. The role emphasizes continuous process improvement to reduce service failures for customers and vendors.

You will work on ERP-driven vendor master data, contract validation, and audits, while developing operational reports and dashboards to monitor performance indicators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years in petroleum, logistics or ERP governance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong data literacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage ERP vendor master data including new vendor setups, onboarding documentation, default/awarded vendors, and vendor contacts.
• Validate key issues, problem areas and recommendations for resolution prior to vendor setup.
• Resolve daily freight discrepancies to ensure accurate and timely vendor payments and customer billing.
• Identify, validate and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor disputes.
• Audit vendor portal (D1Connect) to ensure RFP statuses are current and awarded rates sync to ERP.
• Review freight sales analysis, identify losses, determine root causes, implement corrective actions.
