Job summary

Estes Forwarding Worldwide (EFW) is seeking a Coordinator, Sales Administration and Enablement to manage CRM data, administer SAAS platforms for the Sales team, and assist in training and enablement initiatives. The role supports reporting, data audits, and onboarding of new sales staff in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The position demands proficiency with SAAS tools, Excel, and CRM systems, with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with SAAS platforms, email, and general office tech.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
• Ability to read and interpret general business documents.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain user profiles and licenses for employees across SAAS platforms used by Sales.
• Administer multiple SAAS platforms, including password resets and new-user training.
• Support Sales training and enablement by creating and maintaining training materials.
• Maintain CRM data and generate/ distribute sales reports for leadership.
• Assist with onboarding of new salespeople and learning processes.
