Job summary

Estes Forwarding Worldwide (EFW) is seeking a Warehouse Client Services Coordinator to communicate with customers and carriers, coordinating incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments. You will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate processing in the warehouse management system and maintain high client satisfaction.

You will analyze data, identify trends, and support continuous improvement while providing proactive updates to clients and resolving inquiries.

Qualifications

• Minimum knowledge, skill, and/or ability as described in duties and qualifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office, internet and job-specific software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and attention to detail.
• Experience in Transportation or Warehousing preferred; combination considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments with customers and carriers.
• Interface with warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and receipts.
• Perform data entry in the Warehouse Management System (WMS); process receipts, shipments, and transfers.
• Conduct cycle counts; investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain adherence to warehousing SOPs and safety procedures.
• Assist with moving freight as needed and collaborate on continuous improvements.
• Provide proactive communication to clients and resolve issues.
