Job summary

Estes Forwarding Worldwide (EFW) leads the design of customized logistics and supply chain solutions, bridging Sales, Operations, IT, Finance, and Customer Experience to win new business and ensure smooth onboarding.

This Director role focuses on accelerating the sales cycle, delivering implementable plans, and driving consistent, high-quality customer experiences across domestic and international services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8-12+ years in logistics, operations, solution engineering, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale implementations and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to read complex research documents and present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of customized logistics and supply chain solutions for strategic opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional onboarding from Sales to Operations through go-live.
• Own the implementation process from contract award through handoff.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and deliver measurable revenue realized.
• Drive customer experience and continuous improvement across domestic and international operations.
