FedEx is hiring an Operations Supervisor in Maryland to lead a team of package handlers and administrative staff, ensuring safe and efficient sortation and compliance with FedEx policies. You will manage staffing, coaching, and performance while implementing safety programs and standard operating procedures.

You will analyze operational performance, run daily meetings, and mentor less-experienced supervisors to build capability and drive quality.

Qualifications

• Requires 6 months of supervisory or lead experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate a diverse team.
• Ability to interpret reports and translate data into action plans.
• Experience coaching and training staff on safety and performance.
