• Management responsibilities include hiring, coaching, training, and performance evaluation.
• Plans, organizes, staffs, directs and controls day-to-day operations.
• Assigns and manages employees for safe, efficient sortation and cost control.
• Analyzes performance and drives improvements to key metrics.
• Leads daily meetings and communicates updates to staff and leadership.
• Administers employee relations and safety programs.
• Trains new employees on duties, expectations, and FXG policies.
