Job summary

FedEx Corporation invites an Operations Supervisor to lead daily package sortation activities while reinforcing the Safety Above All culture. You will supervise Package Handlers, drive performance, coach staff, and ensure compliance with FedEx policies and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, training and communication skills to coordinate with the linehaul department and other administrative functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 6 months experience in a related role (sorting/warehouse supervision, etc.).
• Ability to interpret data and communicate effectively to teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion FedEx Safety Above All culture and initiatives.
• Supervise and develop Package Handlers; conduct coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct, and control day-to-day operations.
• Train new employees on duties, policies, and safety requirements; ensure FXG policy compliance.
• Mentor staff and communicate operational updates and daily goals to teams.
