Qualifications

• Six months experience in package handling or supervisory roles.
• Ability to inspire a team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop staff, including hiring, coaching, performance evaluation, and discipline.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Ensure safe and efficient sortation of packages and manage cost and quality.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate updates to staff and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with FXG policies and safety programs and train new employees.
