Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and staff scheduling to ensure safe, efficient sortation.
• Hire, coach, train, recognize, evaluate and manage performance of staff.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Communicate updates and goals in daily meetings; speak to groups as needed.
• Develop and implement safety and employee relations programs.
