Qualifications

• Familiarity with safety regulations and FedEx policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise package handlers to ensure safe and efficient sortation.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff; address employee concerns.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control daily operations.
• Assign employees to ensure safe sortation and cost control.
• Analyze operations data; drive improvements and communicate updates.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate goals to the team.
