• Leads daily meetings for workforce communication and updates
• Develops and administers employee relations strategies and confidentiality
• Develops and administers safety strategies and programs
• Investigates, resolves and escalates customer service issues
• Trains new employees on duties, FXG policies and safety training
• Mentors and develops supervisors; adapts to change with urgency
• Performs other duties as assigned
