Qualifications

• In lieu of experience, 2+ years of college or an associate's degree may apply.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, staffs, directs and controls day-to-day operations.
• Assigns and manages staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages.
• Monitor performance and drive improvements in key metrics.
• Lead daily meetings and communicate updates to staff and stakeholders.
• Train new employees on duties, safety, and FXG policies.
• Mentor supervisors and adapt to changing business needs.
