Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control daily operations.
• Lead and manage Package Handlers for safe, efficient sortation and productivity.
• Hire, coach, train, evaluate, and discipline staff as needed.
• Oversee administration to ensure compliance with FedEx FXG policies and regulations.
• Analyze performance and drive improvements to key metrics.
• Lead daily meetings to communicate updates and goals to staff.
• Mentor and develop Operations Supervisors and other staff.
• Adapt to changing business needs with urgency and professionalism.
